BEGINNER Yoga

Our Beginners Yoga class teaches foundations in yoga, and breathwork for anyone who has always been curious to experience a yoga class. Utilizing Vinyasa techniques, our Beginners Yoga class will support you in finding strength in your body through various foundational yoga poses. Focusing on increasing flexibility through foundational yoga poses and moving at a more intuitive pace, this class is accessible to all levels and backgrounds. Creating flow with breathwork and beginner-friendly poses, this class is an intro-level class to our Power-Vinyasa Flow class.

Our Power Vinyasa Flow class was designed to support you in feeling strong and soft, at the same time. Utilizing technique and poses from ancient Vedic Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga practice, this class will utilize breath and movement to create flow and release stress. Each of our Power Vinyasa Flow classes are different and dynamic that will strengthen your muscles, increase flexibility, and teach you breathwork that will enable for meditation in movement. Accessible for all levels, our Power Vinyasa Flow will teach foundations in yoga, to help you find strength in flexibility. 

  

Yin Yoga

Currently offered on Wednesday 7:45 p.m.

Yin Yoga will allow you to relax deeply into your body by incorporating seated or reclined poses. Unlike power, and more fast-paced Yoga classes, Yin Yoga will support you in reducing stress and increasing flexibility by utilizing a maximum amount of 5-7 poses during class. Each seated or reclined pose will be held anywhere from 2-7 minutes, allowing you to sink deeper into your body and enhancing a meditative state. Using aromatherapy and candlelight to support relaxation of your nervous system, this class is perfect for winding down and slipping right into bed. 

MOBILITY FLOW

Currently offered on Tuesday 7:00 a.m.

This 60-minute class is a GREAT way to start your day through focused stretching and muscle lengthening to promote blood flow circulation, joint range of motion, and injury prevention. This class is NOT structured around a traditional format, but gives you some of the relaxation and flexibility benefits associated with traditional yoga classes.
