Small Group Personal Training
Our small group training (SGT) program consists of 2-4 MEMBERS and provides a more personalized workout experience. Workouts can be customized to fit the needs and abilities of each member while receiving the same type of personal attention experienced in a one on one setting.
Large Group Team Training
OUR LARGE GROUP TEAM TRAINING PROGRAM CONSISTS OF 5-16 MEMBERS TRAINING TOGETHER TO CREATE A DYNAMIC WORKOUT ENVIRONMENT. MEMBERS RECEIVE A DAILY WORKOUT THAT IS DELIVERED IN A STRUCTURED FORMAT TO PROVIDE A GREAT WORKOUT.
1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING
OUR 1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WHO REQUIRE SPECIFIC TRAINING THAT IS RELEVANT TO THEIR GOALS AND OBJECTIVES. WORKOUTS AND TRAINING PLANS ARE BUILT SPECIFICALLY TO MEET THE MEMBERS ABILITY, LIMITATIONS, AND TRAINING OBJECTIVES.
THE WORKOUTS & STRUCTURE
THE WORKOUTS IMPLEMENTED WITH EACH TRAINING PROGRAM HELPS OUR MEMBERS BUILD LEAN MUSCLE, SHED BODY FAT, REDUCE INCHES FROM THEIR BODY, LOSE WEIGHT, IMPROVE THEIR ENERGY, MOVE BETTER, AND INCREASE ENDURANCE. WE ACCOMPLISH THIS BY PROVIDING DIFFERENT WORKOUTS EACH DAY THAT TARGET DIFFERENT AREAS OF THE BODY. DAILY WORKOUTS INCLUDE WEIGHT LIFTING, HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING, AGILITY TRAINING, BODY WEIGHT ROUTINES AND MORE.
THE STRUCTURE IN WHICH WE DELIVER 45 MINUTE WORKOUTS CONSISTS OF A PROFESSIONAL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM FORMAT. AT THE VIBE FITNESS TRAINING FACILITY OUR APPROACH IS TO DELIVER A QUALITY TRAINING EXPERIENCE FOR THOSE WHO TRUST US TO HELP THEM REACH THEIR HEALTH AND FITNESS GOALS. THE SIZE OF OUR TRAINING GROUPS ALLOWS FOR EACH MEMBER TO RECEIVE MORE PERSONAL ATTENTION THAT IS SIMILAR TO A ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION.
FitRanx Testing System
The implementation of the FitRanx fitness testing system is used to ensure our members are improving their strength, endurance, and health. FitRanx provides each member with the opportunity to earn a fitness ranking within our facility, similar to the martial arts colored belt system. The FitRanx testing system is a fun and exiting feature in our facility that gives members an added motivation to improve their fitness ability which yields better results. In addition, the system gives VF Coaches the ability to track progress made from each member in our facility.
